Include these details

• Your iPhone model and iOS version
• The app screen you were using
• What you expected and what happened instead
• A screenshot, only if it contains no family information you do not want to share

Do not email private memories, children’s photos, backup files, or keepsake PDFs unless support specifically asks for the minimum information needed.

iCloud backup

Automatic backup is optional and can be turned on or off in More. A change takes effect the next time the app opens.

Delete a child’s space

In More, switch to the child you want to remove, then choose Remove. The confirmation explains that the profile and its memories will be deleted without affecting other children.

Export a keepsake

Open More and choose Create keepsake PDF. The iPhone sharing sheet lets you save or share the file. The PDF contains private family information, so store it somewhere you trust.
